Ich suche für ein schönes, helles 25qm WG-Zimmer ab Mitte August einen Nachmieter.
Die WG hat einen großen Essbereich. Einbauküche und alles drum und dran vorhanden. Ein Bad mit Badewanne. Waschmöglichkeiten im Haus. Der Garten kann mitbenutzt werden (super für Partys). Außerdem ein Mitbewohner, der nix mit zweckwg am hut hat sondern echt cool drauf ist. Die Wohnung ist ca 57 qm groß.
Ein Teil meiner Möbel würde ich im Zimmer lassen, kann sie aber gerne auch wegräumen. In der Miete von 340€ ist alles drin. Von Wasser bis Telefonflat. Die Nebenkosten sind etwas höher angesetzt sodas du am Ende auch noch Geld zurück bekommst..

Die WG liegt an der Grünberger Strasse direkt gegenüber eines Parks. Nicht weit vom Schwanenteich entfernt (gut zum Joggen). In Stadt ist man mit dem Fahrrad in 5 Minuten. Edeka Markt und eine Tankstelle sind direkt um die Ecke. Zur Not hat der Mitbewohner auch noch ein Auto. Also alles kein Thema.
Ich bin unter der Woche arbeiten, bin aber Abends auf jeden fall für die eine oder andere Party zu haben. Von daher ist die WG keinesfalls eine Zweck WG.
