Hallo liebe/r eventuelle/r neue/r Mitbewohner/in,
weil unsere Mitbewohnerin leider ein Auslandssemester einlegt, suchen wir, Nina (studiert Ernährungsökonomie) und Nico (studiert Geografie), einen adäquaten Ersatz ;-) für das helle, möblierte, 17qm Zimmer in unserer Wohnung. Sie liegt zentral und ruhig direkt neben dem Zeughaus und ist 5 Minuten vom Schwanenteich und Dönerdreieck entfernt. Unsere 101qm große Wohnung ist mit Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine, Badewanne und Balkon bestens ausgestattet. In den Mietkosten von 268 Euro sind Nebenkosten, Telefon und Internet enthalten. Wir sind keine Zweck-Wg, sondern sitzen gern mal zusammen in unserer gemütlichen großen Küche oder kochen mal gemeinsam oder gehen zusammen weg. Wir würden uns freuen wenn das für dich auch wichtig ist, aber natürlich hat man auch jederzeit seine Ruhe wenn man sie braucht:-).
