Hallo,
aufgrund eines Praktikums suche ich einen Nachmieter/in für mein wunderschönes Zimmer am Ludwigsplatz.
Mein Zimmer ist 21qm groß und besitzt einen eigenen Balkon. Das Zimmer wird nur teilmöbliert mit 2 Regalen, Schreibtisch, Lampe, Couch und Rollos abgegeben (die Ikea Möbel sind fast neu und in einem Top Zustand,Abgabepreis: 190 Euro). Der Pax Kleiderschrank mit Milchglastüren sollte ebenfalls für 240 Euro üernommen werden.
Die Wohnung befindet sich im 2.Stock und ist sehr großzügig geschnitten. Die Wg besitzt ein tolles Bad mit Dusche und Badewanne,ein extra WC und eine schöne große Wohnküche.
Die Wohnung liegt super zentral am Ludwigsplatz. Von dort aus bist du in wenigen Minuten in der Fussgängerzone und erreichst in einer Minute den Berliner Platz mit vielen Busanbindungen.
In der WG leben 2 Jungs und 2 Mädels. Meine Mitbewohner Roland, Anna-Lena (Studenten) und Martin (berufstätig) unternehmen gerne was zusammen (keine Zweck WG), vom gemeinsamen Chillen bis Sport ist alles dabei.
