Hallo,
Das zu vermietende Zimmer ist ca. 17m² groß, schön hell und gut geschnitten. Außerdem geht es hinten zum Hof hinaus, sodass es auch angenehm ruhig ist.Unsere Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet und eine Waschmaschine ist ebenfalls vorhanden.
Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral. Man ist in 3 Minuten zu Fuß in der Innenstadt, die FH und Uni erreicht man in ca. 10 Minuten mit dem Rad. Bushaltestellen liegen auch ca. nur 2 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind ebenfalls gut erreichbar (Aldi, Lidl, Penny, Tegut).
Wir sind auf jeden Fall keine Zweck-WG. Unser Motto: Alles kann ,nichts muss.
Wir veranstalten also keine gezwungenen Spieleabende oder ähnliches.
Man trifft sich aber gern in der Küche quatscht, kocht, trinkt und der ein oder andere Fernsehabend findet auch statt.
Also es wäre schön, wenn du auch Lust auf ein kommunikatives, nettes WG-Leben hättest.
