Hallo, ab 1.8 wird ein großes Zimmer in unserer schönen WG frei. Das Zimmer hat 24qm, kostet all inclusive 298€ und ist sehr hell.
Möbel können bei Interesse übernommen werden!

Die WG liegt sehr zentral in der Innenstadt, (direkt am Seltersweg, der großen Einkaufsstraße).
Bushaltestellen und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind nur 1 Minute entfernt.
Wir sind sind zwei Studenten, 21 und 27 Jahre.
Uns ist es sehr wichtig, dass eine ruhige Frau (bitte nur Nichtraucher!) in die WG einzieht, da eine Mitbewohnerin gerade ihr Examen macht.
Wir sind keine Party-WG.
Das Einhalten des Putzplanes sollte für dich kein Problem darstellen.
