Das Zimmer hat eine circa Stellfläche von 18 qm. Es ist bereits gestrichen, kann aber auch nach Belieben umgestrichen werden. Der Boden ist mit ganz neuem Steinoptik-Laminat ausgelegt und Fenster und Heizkörper sind auch neu.
Apropos neu: Die komplette Wohnung wurde vor einem Jahr KERNSANIERT und ist voll modern, funktionstüchtig und chic.
Bis jetzt hat sich noch kein Nachbar über Lautstärke beschwert, was für Studenten ja ganz nett ist ;-)
TIPP: Guck es dir einfach persönlich an :)
Voll in der Stadt;
- 1min zum Markt
- 15 sec zum Bus (je nach eigener Körperfitness)
-5 min in den Seltersweg
- 3min zur Bierbörse/Dönerdreieck ;-)

Wir haben auch ein WG Leben!
Am Wochenende das ein oder andere Mal on Tour, immer nach Belieben und Zeit. Wir haben auch ab und an Mal Besuch. SKY Bundesliga gibt es auch ;-)
In der toll ausgestatteten Küche lässt es sich auch mega gut kochen. Auch schon Mal zusammen.
