Aufgrund eines Auslandsaufenthaltes würde ich gerne mein Zimmer in der Innenstadt untervermieten für zunächst zwei Monate (prinzipiell flexibel in der Laufzeit). Die Wohnung hat drei Zimmer, jeder der zwei Bewohner eines, plus ein gemeinsames Wohnzimmer.
Die Möbel bleiben drin, können also genutzt werden. Küche ist auch ausgestattet. Bad ist groß und geräumig.
Mein Zimmer ist ca. 16 qm groß und hat ein riesiges Fenster zur Fußgängerzone hin - daher angenehm hell.
Bei Fragen mailt mir einfach, checke täglich mehrmals Mails, sollte also reibungslos funktionieren!
Marktplatz mit allen wichtigen Busverbindungen ist in einer Minute zu Fuß zu erreichen. Mit dem Fahrrad ist durch die super zentrale Lage alles locker zu erreichen. Uni, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, etc.
