Im angegeben Mietpreis ist Alles enthalten (Strom, Heizung, Internet, Telefon) und es kommen keine weiteren Kosten dazu!!! Es handelt sich um ein großes helles 24 qm Zimmer in einer Altbauwohnung mit großem Flur der auch als Wohnzimmer genutzt wird und großer Wohnküche, Das Zimmer ist im Prinzip möbiliert mit Allem was man braucht, es wäre aber auch kein Problem die Möbel woanders zu lagern.
direkt am Berliner Platz / Ludwigsplatz, Busse sind also in 2 min zu Fuß zu erreichen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Rewe / Edeka) sind ebenfalls in kürzester Zeit zu Fuß oder mit dem Bus erreichbar.
Wir sind eine 3er-WG aus Tiermedizinern ohne Haustiere, was aber auf keinen Fall heißt das nur Tiermediziner gesucht werden! Ansonsten geht es bei uns ziemlich entspannt zu, wir sind auf keinen Fall eine Zweck-WG, es besteht aber kein Zwang zu ständigen WG-Aktivitäten und auch sonst herrscht bei uns ein lockeres und unkompliziertes Klima.
