Die Miete(warm) ist komplett mit Strom und Internet400€ also schon alle Kosten inkl.
Das Zimmer hat eine Fensterfront zur Sonnenseite und hat 3 nutzbare Wände.
Man hat 2 Bushaltestellen zur Auswahl die beide nur ca 5 min zu Fuß weg sind . Mit dem Bus ist man in 10 min in der Innenstadt.
Ebenfalls ist die Norma nur ca 7 min entfernt , da gegenüber ist zudem eine Postfilialle. Bei einer der Bushaltestellen ist zudem noch ein Bäcker.
In der Wg leben aktuell Finn 28 und ich izzy 32 , du darfst gerne auch jünger sein und studieren . An für sich sind wir bisher eine zweck wg gewesen , jedoch gibt es natürlich auch mal Gespräche in der Küche. Bilder der Restlichen Wohnung kann ich dir gerne schicken .
Wir haben haben ein grosses Bad mit Dusche und Badewanne ,in der auch unsere Waschmaschine steht . Und wir haben eine "Gästetoilette" wie man so schön sagt . Eine Abstellkammer sowie ein Kellerabteil sind auch vorhanden . Unsere Küche ist recht gross mit eingebauter Speisekammer .
