ich suche dringend eine/n Nachmieter/Nachmieterin zur Zwischenmiete. Die Wohnung befindet sich in Kleinlinden- was aber nicht abschrecken soll, da alle paar Minuten ein Bus in die Stadt fährt und du in 5 Minuten Nähe HBF bist. Insgesamt hat die Whg 76 qm, ein 30 qm großes Wohnzimmer, ein Tageslichtbad (mit Dusche und Badewanne)+einen Waschraum. Dein Zimmer würde ca. 14-15 qm groß sein, mit einem relativ großen Fenster.
Die Küche ist nicht sonderlich groß, aber reicht vollkommen aus!
Was die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten angeht, ist ein Supermarkt nur ein paar Gehminuten entfernt.
