Das Zimmer hat großzügige 16qm. Die Wohnung ist insgesamt ca. 60qm groß und schön geschnitten! Bad und Küche sind angenehm groß.
Zudem ist ein großer Kellerraum mitzunutzen (auch etwa 16qm).
Zu dem Haus gehört auch ein schöner Hof und kleiner Garten in dem man im Sommer auch mal eine Grillparty veranstalten kann.
Die Warmmiete beträgt 264€
Die Busanbindung ist hervorragend! Die Bushaltestelle befindet sich nur 100 Meter entfernt. Man hat die Möglichkeit mit der Linie 1 und 11 einmal durch ganz Gießen zu fahren oder mit der 11 sogar bis nach Wetzlar. An Wochenenden hält der Nachtbus dort.
Ein Getränkemarkt befindet sich auch in der Nähe (gut wenn man kein Auto hat) und in Kleinlinden sind auch Rewe und Norma nicht weit.
Gesucht wird ein Student oder Azubi der ab 1.5 oder 1.6 meinen Platz in der WG einnehmen kann.
