Willkommen auf meinem Inserat für ein WG-Zimmer in einer echt gemütlichen WG,
das zu vermietende Zimmer ist 12 qm groß, liegt im Erdgeschoss, hat schöne hohe Decken und ein großes Fenster.
Dazu gibt es einen Parkplatz für jede Wohnung und einen Fahrradkeller für die Fahrräder. Außerdem gibt es einen Abstellraum im Keller.
Fast alle unserer Nachbarn sind ebenfalls Studenten und sehr nett. Wir hatten nie Probleme mit großem Lärm oder ähnlichem.
Wir sind auf der Suche nach einer eher ruhigen, aufgeschlossenen Studentin im Alter von 20-30 Jahren.
In der WG lebt eine nette junge Frau, welche zur Zeit Ernährungswissenschaften an der JLU studiert. Gemeinsames Abendessen und Kochen sind gerne gesehen. Die allgemeine Atmosphäre ist eher ruhig und entspannt. Auf Sauberkeit wird geachtet ein Putzplan o.ä kann nach Bedarf schon gemacht werden, ist jetzt aber auch kein muss.
