Das Zimmer hat 4 Wände, jeweils zwei mit einer Tür. Die eine Tür führt in den Flur, die andere auf den eigenen Balkon, der nur von diesem Zimmer aus erreichbar ist. Die Ausstattung besteht aus 4 Regalplatten und bei Bedarf einer Matratze auf Paletten. Weiter steht ein leerer Bierkasten inkl. Kissen auf dem Balkon. Eine Tonvase und ein roter Vorhang runden das gemütliche Ambiente ab. In in knapp 15 Minuten ist man über den Lahn-Radweg in der Stadt.
Das Zimmer wäre wahlweise auch vorübergehend im Zeitraum August 2018 - Mai 2019 mietbar.
Man ist in 5 Minuten zur Haltestelle gelaufen, der Bus fährt innerhalb von nicht ganz 20 Minuten in die Stadt (Berliner Platz) und dann weiter Richtung Campus Wirtschatswissenschaften und danach zum Philosophikum (25 min)
Die WG-Bewohner sind ruhig. Zum Party machen muss man schon in die Stadt fahren.
Küche (mit allem was dazu gehört) und Bad stehen zur Mitbenutzung bereit.
