Hallo, da ich ab diesem Frühjahr ein Praktikum in Frankfurt mache, würde ich gerne mein 18qm großes Zimmer ab 15.04. (teilweise flexibel, genaue Absprache bei definitivem Interesse)möbliert vermieten bis zum 30.09.2012. Mein Zimmer besitzt 2 große Fenster und ist deswegen sehr hell.
Die Warmmiete beläuft sich auf ca. 280 Euro, incl. aller Nebenkosten. Unsere Wohnküche ist sehr gut ausgestattet (neben Spülmaschine und Co auch Fernseher und Sofa) und unser Tageslicht-Bad ist sehr groß. Nebenan ist direkt ein REWE, gegenüber ein LIDL. In die Innenstadt braucht man ca. 10 min zu Fuß, Bushaltestelle (Linie 3, 13, 5, 12, 15, 51, 140, 520) ist aber auch direkt vor der Tür! Hinter dem Haus befindet sich der Schwanenteich.
