Das Zimmer ist rechteckig geschnitten und 24 qm groß. Es findet sich genug Platz für ein Doppelbett, Schreibtisch, Kleiderschrank, sowie Sofa und Sideboard. Es hat zwei große Fenster zum Lindenplatz raus mit elektronischer Jalousie.
Die Wohnung wurde im im Frühjahr 2018 renoviert. Ihr habt den Comfort von 2 Badezimmern.
In nicht mal 2 min Fußweg ist man an der Haltestelle Marktplatz, wohnt also unglaublich zentral. Der City Rewe befindet sich auch gleich am Marktplatz, Tegut und Penny in der Galerie sind 10 min entfernt. Durch den Marktplatz gibt es direkte Verbindungen zum Bahnhof. Restaurants, Post, Apotheken sind in unmittelbarer Nähe.
Du wirst mit zwei Mädels Susan (21) und Tizia (20) zusammen wohnen. Beide sind Studenten an der JLU bzw. THM. Die Küche ist sehr groß und sozialer Treffpunkt der WG, ab und zu wird zusammen gekocht oder was unternommen. Wenn man mal seine Ruhe braucht, kann man natürlich einfach mal die Zimmertür zu machen. :)
