Das Zimmer ist relativ groß und hell. Es hat insgesamt 3 Fenster auf 2 verschiedenen Seiten. Man hat einen schönen Ausblick auf die Burg Gleiburg und auf den Sonnenaufgang. Es gibt eine kleine Küche und ein Badezimmer mit Dusche und Waschmaschiene. Für die Übernahme der Waschmaschiene zahlst du einen Abschlag von 50€ beim Einzug.
Von den Möbeln würde ich das Bettgestell und Matratze, den Schreibtisch, die Schränke an der Seite, die Möbelstange und eventuell den Wäscheständern mit verkaufen - Preis nach Absprache.

The room is relatively large and bright. It has a total of 3 windows on 2 different sides. You have a beautiful view of Gleiburg Castle and the sunrise. There is a small kitchen and a bathroom with a shower and washing machine. To take over the washing machine, you pay a deduction of €50 when you move in.
Of the furniture, I would sell the bed frame and mattress, the desk, the cupboards on the side, the furniture rod and possibly the clothes horse - price to be agreed.
Die Wohnung liegt zentral in der Gießener Nordstadt, nur wenige Minuten vom Markt entfernt, man ist schnell an der Lahn und am Schwanenteich. In der Nähe sind fußläufig viele Läden gut erreichbar u.a. Lidl, Rewe, Penny, Tegut, DM, Rossmann usw.
The apartment is centrally located in Giessen's Nordstadt suburb and just a few minutes from the market place and you can quickly reach the Lahn river and the "Schwanenteich" for recreation. Many supermarkets and shops for daily life are within walking distance, including Lidl, Rewe, Penny, Tegut, DM, Rossmann, etc.
Meine Mitbewohnerin schreibt gerade an ihrer Masterthesis in Umweltwissenschaften und wird vermutlich in den nächsten Monaten auch umziehen und ins Berufsleben starten. Das heißt das WG-Leben kann sich in Zukunft vollkommen offen gestalten. Für den Moment ist uns wichtig, dass es sich um eine Nichtraucher-WG handelt.
Wir haben im Moment keinen festen Putzplan, doch das kannst du mit deiner zukünftigen Mitbewohnerin in Zukunft auch neu abklären.

My roommate is currently writing her master's thesis in environmental sciences and will probably move out and start her professional life in the next few months. This means that shared life can be completely open in the future. For the moment, it's important to us, that this is a non-smoking shared apartment.
We don't have a fixed cleaning schedule at the moment, but that can be clarified in the future.
