Das Zimmer ist 15 qm groß und befindet sich im Kellergeschoss. Es ist mit einem Laminatboden ausgestattet. In beiden Etagen ist ein Bad vorhanden. (Wir hätten auch noch ein weiteres Zimmer zur Zwischenmiete anzubieten, mit 2 x 10 qm welches 260€ kostet und sich im Obergeschoss befindet)
Unser kleines Häuschen liegt in der Nähe vom Schwanenteich, der in 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar ist. Die Bushaltestelle "Feuerbachstraße" ist in zwei Minuten zu erreichen und bietet viertelstündliche Busverbindungen zur Innenstadt und zum Bahnhof. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind zahlreich vorhanden (EDEKA 500m, REWE 500m, LIDL 500m MIX-MARKT 20m, Kiosk 20m etc.). Die THM befindet sich in Laufdistanz.
Wir sind eine nette 6er WG. Das Haus bietet viel Platz für eine gesellige Runde. Wir kochen oft gemeinsam und im Sommer grillen wir häufig im Garten.
