Das Zimmer liegt im Dachgeschoss (2. Obergeschoss) und ist über den Hausflur erreichbar. Die Bilder sind ungefähr anderthalb Jahre alt. Seitdem wurde das Zimmer farbig gestrichen. An den Seiten ist jeweils eine Dachschräge. Leider ist es im Sommer sehr warm und es gibt Schimmelgefahr. Einzug vorraussichtlich am 1. Mai oder etwas früher.
Sehr nah der Innenstadt und an der Lahn. Bahnhof Oswaldsgarten in wenigen Gehminuten zu erreichen.
Ich werde ab September mit meinem 6-jährigen Sohn in der Hauptwohnung wohnen. Insgesamt drei Mitbewohner werden noch gesucht.
