I'm leaving a nice, bright and warm house in Pohlheim and the room is available from 1 December to 17th of January, or if you are looking for something permanent you can take over the contract.
The room is unfurnished, with laminate floor and white walls.

The room is located in Pohlheim,5 kiloeters outside of Giessen. From the house there is five minutes walk to the bus stop where you can catch bus 375 or 377 to town. It will take you to Philosofikum 1 and 1 in 10 minutes, and city center in 15.
Das Zimmer ist in Pohlheim, 5 kiloeters außerhalb Gießen. Von dem Haus ist nur fünf Minuten zu Fuß zur Bushaltestelle an der Sie Bus 375 oder 377 in die Stadt zu fangen. Es wird Ihnen Philosofikum 1 und 1 in 10 Minuten und das Stadtzentrum in 15.
The house is shared with two students: Nadia (Geography and English) and Sarah (English and French), both German but also speaks very good English and French. There is a shared fully equipped kitchen and a nice big bathroom with both bathtub and shower.It is a quiet house where we all focus on our studies, but the atmosphere is very friendly and supportive.
Das Haus ist mit zwei Studenten geteilt: Nadia (Geographie und Englisch) und Sarah (Englisch und Französisch), beide deutsch, sondern auch spricht sehr gut Englisch und Französisch. Es gibt eine voll ausgestattete Gemeinschaftsküche und ein schönes großes Bad mit Badewanne und shower.It ist ein ruhiges Haus, in dem wir alle konzentrieren uns auf unsere Studien, aber die Atmosphäre ist sehr freundlich und unterstützend.
Ich habe leider zu verlassen und das Zimmer ist ab 1. Dezember. Wenn Sie es nur für eine kurze Zeit wünschen arrangieren wir für Sie hier zu bleiben bis Mitte Januar. Oder wenn Sie bevorzugen, können Sie über meinen Vertrag zu nehmen und in diesem Fall so lange bleiben wie Sie möchten.
I unfortunately have to leave and the room is available from 1 of December. If you want it for just a short time we can arrange for you to stay here until mid-january. Or if you prefer you can take over my contract and in that case stay as long as you like.
