Grüß dich! Wir (w20, m30) suchen zum 1.08 Verstärkung für unsere 3er WG. Wir bieten: 16qm (246 Euro all. incl.) oder 20qm (270 Euro all. incl.) in super Lage (Riegelpfad). Ein Zimmer davon wollen wir zum Wohnzimmer machen - du hast die freie Wahl! Die 110 qm große Wohnung ist ausgestattet mit allem was das Herz begehrt: SpüMa, WaMa, Senseo Kaffeemaschine^^, Toaster etc. Das Tageslichtbad wurde erst kürzlich renoviert und die komplette Wohnung ist mit Laminat ausgelegt, außerdem steht uns ein schöner Garten + Grillplatz und ein Keller zur Mitbenutzung zur Verfügung. Einmalig muss Kaution (400 Euro) und Küchenübernahme (80 Euro) hinterlegt werden.
