Ich (w/ 30/ berufstätig/ besitze 2 Kaninchen) suche nette Mitbewohnerin für 80qm große 2-er-Souterrain-WG ab sofort oder später. Das Einfamilienhaus liegt fast direkt an der Lahn in der Gießener Nordstadt (Sandfeld). Parkmöglichkeiten sind immer direkt vor dem Haus vorhanden, ansonsten gibt es eine Bushaltestelle, die in weniger als 1 Min zu Fuß erreicht werden kann. Die Wohnung besteht aus 3 Zimmern, Küche (mit Spülmaschine) und Bad (mit Dusche und Badewanne). Von den 3 Zimmern möchte ich 2 (13 und 14qm groß) vermieten. Garten kann mitbenutzt werden, Festnetz und WLAN, sowie Waschmaschine, Mikrowelle und alles, was man so braucht, ist vorhanden. Die Kaltmiete beträgt 245EUR + 83EUR NK + 40EUR Strom, Tel etc. Dann ist alles drin!
