Ich werde im Wintersemester 2025 mein Auslandssemester machen und biete daher mein gemütliches, voll möbliertes Zimmer in einer modernen WG direkt am Schwanenteich zur Zwischenmiete von September bis Dezember oder auch bis März - je nachdem was dir passt :) . Das Zimmer ist hell und ruhig, ideal, um sich schnell wohlzufühlen. Es ist mit einem Schreibtisch, einem großen Bett, viel Stauraum und sogar einem Fernseher ausgestattet. Die Miete beträgt 580 € pro Monat, inklusive aller Nebenkosten wie Heizung, Strom und schnellem Internet. Die Wohnung hat eine schöne Terrasse, auf der man gut entspannen kann. Ein weiteres Zimmer in der WG wird zur gleichen Zeit wie meines frei, sodass du nicht die einzige neue Person bist, was das Einleben sicherlich leichter macht ;)

I will be spending a semester abroad during the winter semester of 2025, so I’m offering my cozy, fully furnished room in a modern shared flat right next to Schwanenteich for sublet from September to December or March - depending on what suits you best :). The room is bright, quiet, and perfect for getting comfortable quickly. It comes with a desk, a spacious bed, plenty of storage, and even a TV. The rent is €580 per month, including all utilities like heating, electricity, and high-speed internet. The flat also has a lovely terrace, ideal for relaxing. Another room will also be available at the same time as mine, so you won’t be the only new person, which will make it easier to settle in ;)

Die Lage ist wirklich super: Die Wohnung liegt direkt am Schwanenteich – perfekt für entspannte Spaziergänge oder eine Runde Joggen. In der Nähe gibt es alles, was man braucht: Ein Edeka, Rewe, Lidl und viele Cafés und Restaurants. Zur Uni ist es auch nicht weit: Mit dem Fahrrad bist du in 10 Minuten am Philosophikum. Wenn du lieber zu Fuß unterwegs bist, erreichst du die Innenstadt in nur 20 Minuten. Falls du doch lieber den Bus nimmst, gibt es direkt neben dem Haus eine Bushaltestelle, mit der du sowohl zur Uni als auch in die Stadt fahren kannst. Die Lage ist also sowohl ruhig als auch super praktisch und gut angebunden.

The location is really great: The apartment is located right by Schwanenteich – perfect for relaxing walks or a jog. There are plenty of things nearby, including an Edeka, Rewe, Lidl, and many cafés and restaurants. The university is also close – just a 10-minute bike ride to the Philosophikum. If you prefer walking, the city center is just a 20-minute walk away. And if you’d rather take the bus, there’s a bus stop right next to the building, making it easy to get to both the university and the city center. The location is quiet but very convenient and well-connected.

In der WG wohnen weiterhin Michelle und Isabelle, beide 21 Jahre alt und Grundschullehramt-Studentinnen. Die beiden sind super nett, offen und immer für ein Gespräch zu haben. Unsere WG ist keine Zweck-WG, sondern ein Ort, an dem wir uns auch mal in der Küche zusammenfinden oder gemeinsam etwas unternehmen. Generell sind auch die anderen Leute im Haus sehr nett, und es herrscht ein gutes Miteinander. Wir suchen jemanden, der ordentlich ist, gut ins WG-Leben passt und Lust hat, einfach ein schönes Zusammenleben zu genießen.

Michelle and Isabelle, both 21 years old and studying primary education, will stay in the flat. They are really friendly and open and always up for a chat. Our flat isn’t just a place to stay – it’s a home where we like to hang out in the kitchen or do something together from time to time. Everyone in the building is really nice, and there’s a great sense of community. We’re looking for someone who’s tidy, fits well into the flat, and is looking forward to just enjoying a pleasant living situation.

Was auch noch richtig praktisch ist: Wir haben perfekte Parkmöglichkeiten direkt vorm Haus, falls du ein Auto hast. Außerdem gibt es bei uns einen Stellplatz für Fahrräder. In der Wohnung findest du eine Waschmaschine und einen Trockner, für die keine extra Kosten anfallen. Und falls mal etwas im Haus nicht funktioniert oder du Hilfe brauchst, steht dir ein nettes Hausmeister-Team zur Verfügung, das immer hilfsbereit ist. Alles in allem eine sehr angenehme Wohnsituation! :)

What’s also really convenient: We have perfect parking right in front of the house if you have a car. There’s also a bike storage space available. In the flat, you’ll find a washing machine and a dryer, with no extra costs. And if something needs fixing or you need help with anything, there’s a really friendly maintenance team in the building that’s always happy to assist. All in all, it’s a very pleasant living situation! :)
