Wir haben ein schönes großes Dachzimmer , über 2 Etagen, mit viel Stauraum frei.
Das Zimmer hat ca 20m², es sind mehrere Einbauschränke vorhanden.
Unsere Wg ist in einem Einfamilienhaus in Staufenberg.
Küche und Bad sind vor ein paar Jahren hochwertig renoviert worden.Die Küche ist ausgestattet mit einem Kühlschrank, einem Backofen, einem Induktionsherd und einer Spülmaschine.
In unserem Tageslichtbad ist eine Badewanne und auch eine Dusche vorhanden, das Badezimmer ist mit einer Fußbodenheizung ausgestattet.
Die Kaltmiete beträgt 130€ plus 80€ Nebenkosten, dazu kommen noch 15€ für Internet/Telefon und noch anteilig ARD/ZDF Gebühr.
Die Kaution beträgt 260€.

Unsere Wg ist ein Staufenberg, dies ist ca.9 km von Gießen entfernt und bis Marburg sind es ca. 18km.
Von Staufenberg nach Gießen gibt es eine Buslinie, die Haltestelle ist ca. 100m entfernt.
Einen Ort weiter gibt es einen Bahnhof von dort kommt man problemlos nach Marburg und Gießen und auch nach Frankfurt.
