Da ich für ein Erasmus-Semester nach Schweden gehe, habe ich schweren Herzens mein vollständig möbiliertes Zimmer mit Erker, 12m², zu vermieten. Durch die 3 Fenster Richtung Osten und Süden ist das Zimmer sehr hell und einladend. Die Möbel sind größtenteils selbst gebaut und bei der Einrichtung habe ich stets auf Gemütlichkeit geachtet. Bei Bedarf jedoch eignet sich der rückenschonende Stuhl auch hervorragend zum Arbeiten am Schreibtisch.
Sehr gute Lage: Kurzer Fußweg zu den Buslinien 3/13, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten mit dem Rad ca. 5 Minuten entfernt, Buchhandlung um die Ecke, Bäcker und Friseur etwa 3 Minuten zu Fuß, mit dem Rad ca. 7 Minuten Entfernung zu den NaWis, dem Phil und den JuWis. Zum Bahnhof braucht man mit dem Rad etwa 10, zu Fuß knapp 20 Minuten.
Obwohl viel beschäftigt, sind wir eine WG die gerne Zeit miteinander verbringt. Wir kochen gerne gemeinsam und sind in der Küche recht experimentierfreudig, ungewöhnliche Rezepte sowie Projekte sind bei uns keine Seltenheit. Wir legen Wert auf Ordnung, aber sind keine Clean-Freaks.
Bernhard (28) und Alice (25) fangen gerade ihren PhD in Ernährungswissenschaften an. Clara (22) beginnt im Wintersemester mit Umweltmanagement.
Wir freuen uns über jemanden, der/die offen für Neues ist und nicht nur die Wohnung mit uns teilen möchte.
Room
Since I am leaving for Sweden in September to study abroad for one semester, I am looking for a tenant to stay in my room (12sqm). The room has an oriel with 3 windows facing south and east, making it bright and sunny. The furniture is mostly diy, giving the room a cozy atmosphere. Still, if necessary, the desk and posture-friendly chair are ideal for studying.
Location
Very good: only a short walk to the bus numbers 3 and 13, a grocery store 5 minutes by bike, there is a bookstore around the corner, a bakery and a hair salon 3 minutes away on foot. By bike, it takes roughly 7 minutes to the Natural Science Campus, the Philosophikum and the Law and Business Campus. To the main station, it takes not even 10 minutes by bike, and a little less than 20 minutes to walk.
Life in our flat
Though we are usually busy, we still like to spend time together. We enjoying cooking a lot and we are always up for new ideas, recipes and projects. We like our flat to be tidy, but we are no clean freaks.
About us: Bernhard (28) and Alice (25) are starting their PhD in nutritional science. Clara (22) will be starting Environmental management next semester.
We are looking for someone who is open-minded and interested in sharing experiences, not just the flat.
