Hey,
Ich muss wegen meinem Studium leider aus meiner WG ausziehen. Das Zimmer ist in einer alten Kapelle, die aus 3 WGs, also perfekt für Studenten, besteht. In unmittelbarerer Nähe vom BFS. Mehrere Bushaltestellen (Haydenstrasse, Richard-Wagner-Straße, Finanzamt) in Max. 5 min zu erreichen! Das Zimmer ist mit einem IKEA Bett, Schreibtisch und Schrank ausgestattet. Also musst du theoretisch Nurnoch deine Matratze mitbringen :)
In dem Mietpreis sind bereits sämtliche Nebenkosten inklusive!!
