I am a Phd Student in Giessen University. I am going to a foreign country for a workshop and internship in a couple of month (01/01/2017 - 08/03/2017). I have a 12m2 beautiful room in 8-room flat in Unterhof, Giessen for lease. It is proper for students. Just 2 minutes walk to public transports.
+ Some details:
- 188 Euro per month including: water and electricity cost, heating, TV cable; using study table, TV, bed....
- Using shared kitchen, bathroom, Living room...
- Deposit: 200 Euro (You will receive the money back on 9th of March, after checking)
+ Requirement as i always try to keep my room and flat clean and beautiful:
- Clean, No pet, No smoking in the room.
- Room and furniture protection

Favorable public transport: It is 2 minutes to walk to the bus station.
Flat is most suitable for students as all of us who staying in now are students
Remember: You will get the key on 31st December and Give the key back to me on 9th of March. That will be more than 2 months stay but i just count for you exactly 2 months paying.
