Hey Leute,
Ich suche dringend einen Nachmieter, der mein großes Zimmer in Watzenborn Steinberg (Pohlheim) beziehen möchte! Es liegt auf der Gießener Str., ca. 10 sec. Fußweg von der Haltestelle "Gießener Str."
In der Warmmiete ist bereits alles mit inbegriffen, also Wasser, Strom, Heizung usw. und Internet könnt ihr für 10 € im Monat vom Nachbarn mitnutzen
Das Zimmer ist sehr hell, hat 2 Fenster und auch eine neue Küchenzeile ist mit drin.
Also falls jemand Interesse hat einfach melden :)
Zur Lage: Mit dem Auto braucht man 6-7 Min. zur Uni (Phil 1&2), mit dem Fahrrad ca. 15 Minuten und mit dem Bus ist man in 5 Min. am Sandkauter Weg.
Auf der Straße befindet sich zudem ein Schnellimbiss und ein Bäcker, sowie eine Apotheke und ein Getränkemarkt.
