Das Zimmer ist ca. 12m² groß und befindet sich in einer 2er WG. Dir würde außer deinem Zimmer noch ein Tageslichtbad mit Wanne, eine Küche und ein geräumiges Wohnzimmer, eine Dachbodenpazelle und ein Kellerraum zur Mitnutzung zur Verfügung stehen. Eine Waschmaschine ist vorhanden. Die monatl. Warmmiete incl. Telefonflatrate, Internetflatrate, Gas und Strom würde sich auf ca. 270 € belaufen.
Die Wohnung ist im 2.OG und ruhig gelegen, mit nur 15 min zu Fuß in die Innenstadt (Marktplatz). Nach 2 min Fußweg erreicht man wahlweise zwei Bushaltestellen und es sind mehrere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe. Vor dem Haus befindet sich eine kleine Grünfläche, die sich zum Grillen eignet und hinter dem Haus oder auf dem Dachboden befinden sich Möglichkeiten zum Trocknen der Wäsche.
Möbel können übernommen werden, wenn gewünscht.
