Unsere Wohnung liegt im dritten Obergeschoss und ist insgesamt ca. 100qm groß. Sie besteht aus einer voll ausgestatteten Küche, einem großen Flur und einem geräumigen Wohnzimmer. Außerdem sind Bad und Toilette getrennt.
Dein Zimmer wäre zweigeteilt und ca 20qm groß. Außerdem kann es ab sofort bezogen werden.
Die WG liegt direkt neben einer Jet-Tankstelle in der Rodheimerstr. 42.
Die Verkehrsanbindung ist sehr gut, diverse Buslinien darunter die 801 und 802 (beide fahren direkt zur Uni) sind in ca 3 Gehmintuten zu erreichen.
Die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind hervorragend: Lidl, Sparkasse, Edeka und Neustädter Tor sind ca 10 Gehminuten entfernt.
Außerdem werden wir kulinarisch bestens versorgt, da die Wohnung direkt über einem Döner-Laden und in unmittelbarer Nachbarschaft zu einem sehr guten Asiaten liegt.
Besichtigungen sind ab dem 11.03. möglich. Es wird außerdem noch ein zweites ca 13qm großes Zimmer zum 01.04. frei.
