Es werden 2 Zimmer angeboten eines ist 22qm das andere 16qm. Die Zimmer sind nicht einzeln vermietbar, das heißt die Vermieterin wünscht sich zwei Freunde oder ein Pärchen als Mieter oder eben eine Person die die Wohnung alleine mieten möchte. Die Kaltmiete beträgt insgesamt 300 Euro, wie ihr das unter euch aufteilt überlässt die Vermieterin euch.
Insgesamt hat die Wohnung 60 qm, eine EBK ist vorhanden sowie ein Abstellraum.
Wieseck ist mit dem Bus ca. 15 min von der Innenstadt entfernt. Die Busverbindung ist sehr gut -> alle 15 min an Wochentagen, alle 30 min am WE und der Nachtbus hält auch direkt vor der Tür.
Ein EDEKA ist ca 10 Minuten entfernt.
In der WG nebenan wohnen 3 nette Student/Innen die sich über neue Nachbarn freuen und auf grillfreudige Zeitgenossen hoffen :)
