Wir (2 Frauen 27/28) leben in einer kleinen Wohn- und Gartenoase in der Wilhelmstraße und haben ab sofort oder auch später ein helles Zimmer mit Wintergarten (17 m2 + 2 m2) und Dielenboden zu vergeben. Wir bevorzugen beide Ruhe und Gemütlichkeit wenn es um unser Zuhause geht und wir von unserem Tag nach Hause kommen und suchen EINE GLEICHGESINNTE. Verfügbar ist Wlan, WAMA, SPÜMA ein kleiner Abstellraum, ein Keller und momentan ein sommertauglicher Garten. Die Miete liegt bei 292 € ( inkl. NK, SWG und Internet).
