Wir suchen zum 01. Mai (evtl. auch schon ein paar Tage früher) zwei Nachmieter/innen für zwei Zimmer in der Ludwigstraße 62. Beide Zimmer sind jeweils in zwei Räume aufgeteilt, welche über einen offenen Durchgang verbunden sind und bieten insgesamt ca. 22qm bzw. 24qm Wohnfläche. Lässt sich super in Wohn- und Schlafbereich aufteilen. In beiden Zimmern befindet sich außerdem ein Waschbecken. Die Miete beträgt warm 280,- Euro für das 22qm-Zimmer und 300,- Euro für das 24qm-Zimmer. Dazu kommen jeweils noch 18,- Euro für Telefon/Internet/TV.
