Das Zimmer ist ungefähr 37 Qm groß. Vom Zimmer aus kann man auf den Marktplatz bis zum Neustädtertor und die Bahnunhofstraße lang blicken. Von der Wohnung aus kann man alles zu Fuß erreichen, Die THM liegt keine 10 min. Fussmarsch entfärnt. Der Seltersweg, Neustädtertor und die Bahnhofhaltestelle sind ebenfalls unter 5 Min zu erreichen.
Die Wohnung ist insgesatm 137qm groß, besteht aus einer Küche Bad und Gäste WC. Die Wände sind gut isoliert, sodass du keinen störst wenn du mal lauter Musik hörst.

Das WG-Leben ist sehr stark, wir verstehen uns alle ausgezeichtnet, da wir ein bunder Haufen sind. Es wird ab und an zusammen gekocht und gefeiert.
