ich suche einen Zwischenmieter/in für ein helles, zentral gelegenes Zimmer in der Stephanstraße (hinter Ludwigstraße). Das Zimmer hat eine super Aussicht und die ganze Wohnung ist sehr geräumig. Wir sind super ausgestattet (WAMA, SPÜLI, Internetflat, etc.
In meinem Zimmer hast du zudem einen großen Flatfernseher, eine Anlage, einen riesen Schrank, ein Bett mit Matratze und ein Ledersofa (daher auch die Kaution von 200€). Da ich selber im Sommer unterwegs bin, vermiete ich das Zimmer so günstig für diesen Zeitraum bevor es leer steht.
