Ab 01.04.2011 Frankfurterstr., Höhe Wilhelmstr. (zentral). Das Zimmer ist 14 qm groß, hat einen neuwertigen Teppichboden und ist sehr gemütlich und hell. Außerdem hat man einen tollen Ausblick. Auf Wunsch können Bett (1,40x2 m, mit Lattenrost, ohne Matratze) Kleiderschrank, Schreibtisch, Stuhl und Regal übernommen werden.
Wir haben eine große Wohnküche mit Essbereich und riesiger Dachterrasse (60m² !!!).
Das Bad verfügt über zwei Waschbecken und separate Dusche und Badewanne. Waschmaschine, Spülmaschine Kühl-Gefrierkombi und Backofen sind ebenfalls da.
Die Wohnung ist groß,zentral gelegen aber trotzdem ruhig (da ganz oben im Haus)und sehr gepflegt.
Bushaltestelle, Tankstelle, Copy-Shop, Edeka, Apotheke, Banken, Kino, Bäcker usw. direkt vor der Haustür.
5 Minuten zu Fuß in die Fußgängerzone und 2 Minuten zur Klinik.
Wir (weiblich 25 Zahnmedizin-Studentin, männlich 34 BWL berufstätig) freuen uns über eine/n neue/n Mitbewohner/in! Warmmiete beträgt 290 € (internet/telefon kommt noch dazu) Bei Interesse bitte unter ----/------- melden!
