da ich nach dem Ende meines Studiums Gießen verlassen werde, vermiete ich mein hübsches Zimmer ab dem 1.9.
Das Zimmer ist in einer gemütlichen 5er WG (keine Zweck-WG), direkt unterm Dach, am Marktplatz, also superzentral.
Es ist ca. 12 qm groß, mit Dachschrägen. Davor gibt es allerdings noch ein Durchgangszimmer, das mit Rücksichtnahme auf eine Mitbewohnerin auch so halb mitbenutzt werden kann.
Ein Schrank und ein Billy-Regal kann übernommen werden, eventuell auch noch ein Bett (140cm breit).
Die WARMMIETE beträgt 210 Euro.
Optimal wäre es, wenn du schon WG-Erfahrung mitbringst.
