Zum 1. August suche ich eine Nachmieterin fuer mein großes und helles Zimmer in einer netten 3-er WG. Das Zimmer ist moebliert (die Moebel, nur 2 Monate alt,sind zum Verkaufen): Du hattest ein Bett, ein Schlafsofa und eine Kommode. Ausserdem findest du in der Wohnung alles was Du brauchst, inkl. Waschmaschine, W-LAN, Telefon, Backofen. Die Lage ist perfekt, recht zentral: alle Einkaufsmoeglichkeiten sind um die Ecke, sowie die Bushaltestelle (3 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar: Marktplatz).
Die Miete betraegt 300€ monatlich, inkl. alle moegliche Nebenkosten. Die Kaution ist im Hoehe von 300€.
Du solltest ein ruhiges Maedchen sein, da meine Mitbewohnerin gerade im Studiumstress ist. Rauchen ist nirdendwo erwuenscht.
Bei Fragen und Besichtigung der Wohnung bleibe ich Dir gerne zur Verfuegung :-)
