Hi, mein Zimmer im Hinterhäusschen (Steinstr.) wird ab 1.8 (oder früher) frei. Es liegt sehr zentral (5min zur City, Lahn, Bhf.Oswaldsgarten) und hat eine echt fette Terasse, Waschmaschine, Spülmaschine, Badewanne, Fahrradkeller und zwei sehr flotte Mitbewohner (m/w).
Für uns wichtig: Wir sind keine Zweck-WG! Das heißt bei wird nicht nur gewohnt sondern auch miteinander gelebt! Wenn ihr "nur" ein günstiges Zimmer sucht, ruft besser im Studentenwerk an.
Das Zimmer selbst ist 11qm geräumig mit großem Fenster, dazu gibt ein geräumiges Wohnzimmer mit ausreichend zusätzlichem Stauraum und großem Bücherregal. Der Hausgang (gehört zur WG) führt zur Dachterasse und kann ebenfalls als Stauraum genutzt werden. Den Hof nutzen wir auch mit. All incl. 210 Euro/Mon. Dazu gibts nette und unternehmungslustige MitbewohnerInnen, 1 Hund und coole Nachbarn.
5 min zu Fuß in die Innenstadt, 5 min zum Bahnhof Oswaldsgarten (Richtung Marburg/Frankfurt)
