Das 10qm große Zimmer befindet sich in einer 4er Wg. Die Wohnung ist ein renovierter bzw. sich noch in Renovierung befindlicher Altbau (vorraussichtlich bis zum 1.11). Das Zimmer bestitzt Laminatfußboden und eine altbaugerechte hohe Decke, sodass genügend Platz für ein Hochbett vorhanden ist.
Insgesamt stehen in der Wohnung 110 qm zur Verfügung die sich auf 4 Zimmer, ein Bad, eine seperate Toilette und eine Küche verteilen.
Die Kaltmiete beträgt 200 Euro zzgl. Nebenkosten von ca. 100 Euro. Zudem wäre eine Beteiligung an der Kaution von 750 Euro nötig.
Die Wohung ist ab dem 15.11 frei.
Die Wohnung befindet sich zentral in der Bahnhofsstraße und somit im Zentrum Gießens. Die Innenstadt ist also zu Fuß in 5 Minuten zu erreichen.
Der Bahnhof ist auch erreichbar, öffentliche Verkehrsmittel befinden sich in näherer Umgebung.
Wir sind 3 Studenten im 7. Semester, die zusammen eine neue WG beziehen wollen. Wir kennen uns schon etwas länger, sodass hin und wieder auch gemeinsam das Glas erhoben wird.
Allerdings fehlt uns noch ein 4ter Mitbewohner bzw. eine Mitbewohnerin.
