ich ziehe zum 1.9 aus meiner Wg in der Stephanstraße aus, da ich studiumsbedingt Gießen verlassen werde und suche einen Nachfolger/-in.
Die Wg liegt zentral in Gießen und man kann alles sehr gut zu Fuß oder mit dem Fahrrad erreichen.
Der Berliner Platz als Buskontenpunkt und die Ludwigstraße als Gießens Kneipenmeile liegen in unmittelbarer Nähe.
Die drei Mitbewohner sind alle männlich und so um die 30 herum. Sowohl für Privatsphäre und Ruhe als auch für ein geselliges Miteinander ist Platz. Waschmaschine und Badewanne sind auch vorhanden.
Im vierstöckigen Haus wohnen zudem zwei weitere Wgs.
Im Hauseingangsbereich besteht des Weiteren die Möglichkeit sein Fahrrad abzustellen.
Die Miete beträgt 220 Euro kalt und mit Strom und Internet alles in allem
250 Euro warm.

Da ich voraussichtlich nicht da bin, leite ich eure Anfrage dann weiter an
die Jungs.
