Hey! Ich werde für eine Weile ins Ausland gehen, also steht mein Zimmer zur Zwischenmiete bis vorraussichtlich 31.03. (evtl auch länger) frei. Ist alles drin, also Schrank, Schreibtisch, Regale, Bett, etc. Also musst Du dir darum schonmal keine Sorgen machen ;) !! Das Zimmer ist sehr geräumig und hell (mit zwei großen Fenstern). Du musst bei uns aber nicht immer nur im Zimmer sitzen, wir haben auch einen schönen Garten und auf dem Flachdach kann man sich es auch gemütlich machen!!
Ziemlich gute, zentrale Lage und trotzdem relativ ruhig. Ins Zentrum (Seltersweg), zum Phil 1 und zum nächsten Supermarkt ist man jeweils max. 5min mit dem Rad unterwegs. Apotheke, Bäcker, Metzger und Bars sind auch gleich um`s Eck. Also hier hat man wirklich alles was das Herz begehrt in unmittelbarer Nähe! :)
Wir sind keine Zweck-WG und sitzen auch mal gerne zusammen in der Küche, auf dem Dach oder im Garten. Trotzdem ist alles relativ locker, keiner muss was und wenn man seine Ruhe haben will, einfach Tür zu ;)
Am besten ne Mail ( MAIL) oder Whatsapp an mich schicken (am Besten nicht anrufen, das wird teuer, ich bin nämlich schon im Ausland)... dann kannst Du mal vorbei kommen und dir das Zimmer anschauen. ;) PS: Wir suchen ein Mädel für die WG!
