Hey,
wir suchen ab dem 01.06 eine/n neue/n Mitbewohner/in. Das Zimmer ist 25qm groß, kostet all-inklusive 315€ und kann teilmöbliert übernommen werden (Bett, Schrank, Schreibtisch).
Wir wohnen sehr nahe am Phil und auch Toom, Lidl und Aldi sind um die Ecke. Mit dem Rad ist man in 10 min im Stadtzentrum und wenn du gerne joggen gehst, bist du in 5 min im Wald :)
Neben dem Zimmer haben wir noch eine gemütliche Wohnküche und ein Bad mit Badewanne.
Außerdem haben wir eine Spülmaschine und Waschmaschine und sind auch sonst ganz gut ausgestattet :)
Wenn wir dein Interesse geweckt haben, dann meld dich doch einfach kurz, um einen Besichtigungstermin auszumachen.
