Das Zimmer hat einen pvc Boden und liegt zum Hof ist also sehr ruhig.Es misst ca 5x3 m und hat noch einen 2x1,20m großen Abstellraum
der als solcher oder aber auch sehr gut als Kleiderschrank genutzt werden kann.
Die Wohnung selbst liegt sehr zentral, 100m bis Karstadt und Aldi.500 m zum Waschsalon.
Bushaltestelle vor der Tür.
500m bis zum Bahnhof.
Lukas arbeitet,ich studiere. Gekocht wird meistens abwechselnd, sonst wird eigentlich auch alles geteilt.Wir machen auch mal was zusammen , aber nicht jeden Tag.
Es gibt keinen Putzplan oder ähnliches.
Es kann überall geraucht werden ausser in der Küche und im Bad.
Die Wohnung hat vdsl und ein entertain-Paket.
