Das Zimmer ist 16 m² groß und befindet sich im Untergeschoss. Es ist mit einem Laminatboden ausgestattet. In beiden Etagen ist ein Bad vorhanden.
In den 220 € Warmmiete sind bereits die Kosten für Strom und Internet enthalten.
Unser kleines Häuschen liegt in der Nähe vom Schwanenteich, der in 5 Minuten gut zu Fuß erreichbar ist. Die Bushaltestelle "Feuerbachstraße" ist innerhalb einer Minute zu erreichen und bietet viertelstündliche Busverbindungen zur Innenstadt und zum Bahnhof. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind zahlreich vorhanden (EDEKA 500m, REWE 500m, Kiosk und Apotheke 20m etc.). Die THM befindet sich in Laufdistanz.
Wir sind eine nette, unkomplizierte 6er WG und unser Haus bietet viel Platz für eine gesellige Runde. Wir kochen oft gemeinsam und im Sommer grillen wir häufig in unserem Garten.
Erreichbar bin ich via Email () und Handy. Telefonisch erreichbar bin ich unter der Woche ab ca. 19 Uhr und am Wochenende ab ca. 13 Uhr.
