Ich suche ein/e Nachmieter/in möglichst ab 24 Jahre alt für mein WG-Zimmer im Zentrum Giessen in der Ludwigstrasse mit 2 netten Studentinnen (27 und 26 Jahre), nahe zum Haut-Campus aber auch zu den Naturwissenschaften, Medizin und Tiermedizin.Die Gesamtmiete beträgt 242,50 Euro. Es handelt sich um eine gemütliche Dachgeschoss-WG , ich habe hier 4 Jahre gewohnt und mich immer wohlgefühlt, ziehe jetzt aus weil ich mein Studium abgeschlossen habe. Einzugstermin ist noch nicht ganz klar, Mitte oder Ende April, je nachdem wann meine neue Wohnung renoviert ist. Ein paar Möbel (Regal IKEA Billy weiss,Ikea-Schrank, Kommode und ggf Schreibtisch würde ich gerne mit verkaufen wenn möglich.
