Ich suche ein/e aufgeschlossene/n und nette/n Zwischenmieter/in für mein schönes Zimmer mit Blick über die Stadt.
Die Straße ist ruhig, es gibt eine gute Busanbindung und Klinik/ Naturwissenschaften sind zu Fuß in 5 Minuten zu erreichen. In die Stadt sind es zu Fuß 10 Minuten, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in nächster Nähe.
Das Zimmer ist hell, die Wohnung ist gemütlich mit Dielenboden.
In meinem Zimmer sind: Schreibtisch, Regal, Schrank, Bett (90*200cm incl matratze)(siehe Foto).
Es gibt die Option auf mein Hochbett, was ich nicht abbauen würde, wenn du eine 140cm*200cm Matratze mitbringen würdest. Ansonsten kann es im Keller verstaut werden.
