Hey,
da ich (Louis) von Januar bis Ende Juni meine Erasmusjahr in Norwegen verbringe, gebe ich mein Zimmer zur Untermiete frei. Das Zimmer hat wie auch der Rest der Wohnung einen schönen Holzdielenboden. Die zwei Fenster liegen in Richtung Osten und Süden, sodass es den Tag über schön hell ist.
Kaution gibt es keine
Die Warmmiete beträgt 362,-

Deine Mitbewohnerinnen sind Paula (studiert Medizin), Merielle (studiert Ökotrüffologie) und Anna (studiert Kunstpädagogik).
Die WG liegt direkt am Anlagenring und ist somit sehr zentral.
Wir sind eine sehr ordentliche WG (Putzplan ist muss), wir sind alles in allem sehr harmonisch, freundlich und familiär. Uns ist wichtig das Dinge offen kommuniziert werden können.
Wir haben eine schöne Küche in der wir zum Kaffeeklatsch und tratsch zusammenfinden und ein großes Wohnzimmer in dem wir Film und Spielabende machen. Es wird viel gekocht, ab und an gehen wir feiern oder in die Kneippe und zu besonderen Anlässen gibt´s fette Motto Hausparty :D
