großes WG Zimmer mit Chance zur WG Neugründung

Unsere WG ist in Kleinlinden. Somit gehört sie noch zur Stadt, ist durch Busse sehr gut angebunden und liegt trotzdem nur einen Steinwurf vom Bergwerkswald entfernt. Hier kann man super spazieren, Sport machen oder einfach Ruhe genießen.
Trotzdem bist du in 10 Minuten mit dem Rad bei den Naturwissenschaften oder in der Stadt. Zum Einkaufen sind sind Tegut, Norma und Rewe gut erreichbar.
Die Buslinien 1 und 11 fahren regelmäßig in die Stadt rein und auch der Nachtbus hält nur 5 Minuten von der Wohnung entfernt.
Parkplätze sind in der Straße immer frei und es gibt auch einen Stellplatz direkt vor der Tür.
Außerdem kannst du dich im eigenen kleinen Garten austoben!

Man hat also das beste aus Stadt- und Landleben kombiniert.

Jetzt kommt der spannende Part für dich! Wir sind aktuell zu dritt und im April wird das erste Zimmer frei. Einen Monat (zum 01.Mai) später werden dann allerdings auch meine Mitbewohnerin und ich ausziehen und zwei weitere Zimmer frei machen.

Dadurch bietet sich dir und deinen Freund*innen die Gelegenheit eine neue WG zu gründen.

Die anderen beiden Zimmer können natürlich direkt mitbesichtigt werden und auch der ausgebaute Dachboden, den wir als Wohnzimmer nutzen kann sich sehen lassen. (unser persönliches Highlight!)
Hier gibt es außerdem noch super viel Stauraum (auch im Keller) und die Möbel können gerne übernommen werden.

Your new room is the largest of the flat. It has access to a balcony with a view over the Bergwerkswald and is next to the kitchen.
There is a room divider in the form of a shelf in the room, which was put there by the landlord and is also equipped with lights. This shelf stays in the room.

There are currently 2 dogs living in the room who are moving out. Unfortunately, NO more animals will be allowed afterwards.
Our shared flat is in Kleinlinden. It is therefore still part of the city, is very well connected by bus and is still only a short walk away from the Bergwerkswald. It's a great place to go for a walk, do sports or simply enjoy some peace and quiet.
Nevertheless, you can be at the faculty of natural sciences or in the city center in 10 minutes by bike. Tegut, Norma and Rewe are within easy reach for shopping.
Bus lines 1 and 11 run regularly into the city and the night bus also stops just 5 minutes from the apartment.
Parking spaces are always free in the street and there is also a parking space right outside the door.

So you have the best of city and country life combined.

Now comes the exciting part for you! There are currently three of us and the first room will be available in April. One month later (on May 1st), however, my flatmate and I will also be moving out and freeing up two more rooms.

This will give you and your friends the opportunity to start a new shared flat.

The other two rooms can, of course, be viewed as well as the shared living room.
