Hi:) Your future room is 14 sqm and has two large roof windows, making it very bright at any time of day.
It can be set up very cozy and I would leave some furniture in the room (bed with mattress, large desk with chair, and possibly still a cabinet = detachment: 200€ VB)

Hanna (teacher), Anastasiia (marketing), Moritz (teacher) and Mathias (construction engineering) live in the Wg - all are not older than 25 years.

We have a large living room and dining room by watching a movie or a series in the evening.
Also the kitchen is well equipped, here you can thaw yourself.
There is a large refrigerator and a freezer by everyone having their own compartment. There are two bathrooms.

Right next door is a Lidl, Dm and Burgerking and the sports campus is only 3 minutes walk away.

With bus lines 1 and 17 you are also super fast at Berliner Platz and downtown:)
The bus stop is right next to our house.

The total rent (warm rental) for the room is 230.57€, we still have an extra Wg account where each monthly transfers 40€ ( WLAN, electricity, toilet paper etc.), so that it is at the end of 270.57€.

Hi:) Dein zukünftiges Zimmer ist 14 qm groß und hat zwei große Dachfenster, wodurch es zu jeder Tageszeit sehr hell ist.
Es lässt sich sehr gemütlich einrichten und ich würde einige Möbel im Zimmer lassen ( Bett mit Matratze, großer Schreibtisch mit Stuhl, und eventuell noch einen Schrank = Ablöse: 200€ VB)

In der Wg wohnen Hanna (Lehramt), Anastasiia (Marketing), Moritz (Lehramt) und Mathias (Bauingenieurwesen) - alle sind nicht älter als 25 Jahre.

Wir verfügen über ein großes Wohn- und Esszimmer, indem wir Abends gerne auch mal zusammen einen Film oder eine Serie schauen.
Auch die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, hier kannst du dich austoben.
Es gibt einen großen Kühlschrank und einen Gefrierschrank, indem jeder sein eigenes Fach hat. Außerdem gibt es zwei Bäder.

Direkt nebenan befindet sich ein Lidl, Dm und Burgerking und der Sportcampus ist nur 3 min Fußweg entfernt.

Mit den Buslinien 1 und 17 bist du aber auch super schnell am Berliner Platz und in der Innenstadt:)
Die Bushaltestelle ist direkt neben unserem Haus.

Die Gesamtmiete (Warmmiete) für das Zimmer beträgt 230,57€, wir haben noch ein extra Wg-Konto worauf jeder monatlich 40€ überweist ( WLAN, Strom, Klopapier etc.), sodass es am Ende 270,57€ sind.
