Ich (w/30) suche zum 01.07. eine/n nette/n Mitbewohner/in für eine super zentral gelegene 2er WG im 1ten OG in der Walltorstraße (Aufzug vorhanden). Die Wohnung ist nicht direkt an der Straße, deshalb sehr ruhig. Der Aldi ist 1 Min. von der Wohnung entfernt, der Marktplatz 3 Min, Stadtmitte ca. 7 min. und Schwannenteich auch ca. 7 Min. Die Wohnung hat insgesamt 3 Zimmer, hat eine Fußbodenheizung, ist sehr hell und groß (insgesamt 80 qm). Dein super geschnittenes Zimmer hätte 17 qm mit 2 großen Fenstern. Das gemütliche Wohnzimmer hat auch 17 qm. Flur, Bad und Küche sind komplett gefließt. Großes Bad mit Badewanne und Dusche, WAMA, Küche incl. Spülmaschine und Esstisch, DSL- und Telefonflat, Keller + Fahrradkeller sind vorhanden. Der Garten kann mit benutzt werden. Die 1, 5 Zimmer kosten mit allem drum und dran 315 Euro, wobei wir bis jetzt jedes Jahr noch eine Rückerstattung der Gaskosten bekommen haben! :) Interesse? Dann melde dich bitte bei mir.
